Does a water pipe repaired with duct tape qualify as a home inspection nightmare?

What if water is spewing out of the repair?

I'd say that qualifies. Check out this home inspection picture of just that:

Wonder where all that water is going?

Wonder if there's anything electrical around?

Yeah, that's just what I'd want to find in my new home after I closed on it and moved in.

It's amazing that people want to save money and skip the home inspection.
